If you have already a venue account, you can automatically link this artist to you account, without going through a validation that will not be effective right away. To do so, just click “New artist” in the artist section of the publisher.
Unfortunately, if you have an artist account, you cannot claim another artist. Only venues can have multiple artists. You have to create a new account.
