Jaeger Bucher Gallery Under the name Galerie Jaeger Bucher, the gallery opened in 2008, a new space of 600m2 redesigned by the French architect Dominique Perrault in the historical and innovative district of the Marais. This new name assimilates the identities of its founder Jeanne Bucher, its successor Jean-François Jaeger and its director Véronique Jaeger.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin/Madison, he spent a year at Boston University’s Program in Artisanry (MFA). After two years in Florence, he returned to the United States and worked at Mark Di Suvero’s studio, which was a very formative time for him.

They don’t depict a particular space, nor a precise landscape. They are evocative of the strata of our Western culture, the landscapes of Vernet, Caspar David Friedrich, Turner, Montet, Cézanne and Rothko, and reminiscent of oriental landscapes.
Blinding_light_slash_thumbnail Zarina Hashmi Sculpture, lithography / engraving... Her large corpus of wood-block prints, her wall installations and her paper cast sculptures show her profound influence these moves have had on her work. Engraver and sculptor, Zarina creates an engraved and architectural cartography on wood which seems entirely dedicated to the search for this lost place to which she draws the map.
