The exhibition presents 250 unknown masterpieces from one of the last treasures of the Occident. Sent to the basilica of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem by the principal European rulers, some of these extraordinay works of art are revealed for the first time to the public in the Hall of Crusades of the Palace of Versailles whose paintings have recently been restored.
